JOYCUK!

The JoyCuk! Winter Zine Collaboration mimics the conflicting isolation and communiality of winter.  Each artist(s) recieved and create based upon another peice of artwork before passing their completed work onto the next artist. Beginning with one work that then influences the next, each "Chainmake" maintains its own vibe, exploring the social perpetuation of winter as a state of mind. None of these artists knew who comprised their chainmake and were often collaborating with mediums different then their own. These blind collaborations began in December 2014 and include 15 artists.
